Before we can go in and start making “Man Glitter” (that’s Men’s Shed talk for sawdust), there are a few things you need to know in order to ensure everyone’s safety while in our Shed.

Personal Protection Equipment
Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) must be worn where appropriate and must be supplied by each Member. This includes eye, ear and breathing protection.
Until storage lockers are available, you should keep them in your car and not leave them in the shop where others might mistakenly use them. Marks identifying ownership are recommended. A Label Maker is available.
Shop provided Safety Equipment
Safety equipment such as a First Aid Kit and Fire Extinguishers are available. Learn where they are and how to use them.
